In our business of Real Estate I guess I would be considered a seasoned Realtor (after ten years). I have now been with Owen and a part of the Coldwell Banker Crampsie Realty team since June 2004.

Wow, what a year!! This last year has been amazing for many reasons on many levels. I feel like I am in a brand new business, like I have started a whole new career. Since joining I have started my own website which I believe would not have happened if I were with my previous office. The tools that Coldwell Banker as a company have to offer to help enhance our business amazing, my business has more than doubled in a year, I have just had the best year of my ten year career. This is not just from being a part of a National Company, I believe because I am a part of the Crampsie Team. Never in my ten years have I ever had such support and constant encouragement. I feel completely rejuvenated, appreciated and even looked up to by my peers either new or seasoned Realtors. The knowledge and tools that Owen has to offer to help every individual either one on one or in a group setting is nothing short of outstanding!

Owen�s eye for detail is terrific, with over 30 other agents in the office, Owen noticed the description of one of my 18 plus listings and added a suggestion to enhance the description to reach a wider range of prospects. (This is just one example) There is not an Agreement of Purchase and Sale that goes through this office that is not reviewed by Owen. Owen has made a few suggestions for me to change my business and the main advice would be consistency with advertising. What a difference that small change has made, it�s had a huge effect on my sales.

With over 18 years experience in sales and some encouragement from friends and family, I decided to look at Real Estate as my career. I called quite a few firms that did not even return my calls and those that seemed to have little to offer me. Coldwell Banker Crampsie Realty was different.

Owen returned my call promptly! All my concerns, questions, etc. were handled professionally, courteously, and with genuine interest in my future! I have been licensed for almost two years, the first seven months at another company. I found that their training did not meet my needs. It is only due to a huge opportunity brought to me in Burlington that I am leaving. Owen is not only a great boss, coach, and mentor; he is also a great friend and consider him to be like family. I started my career in Real Estate 3 years ago, full of hope and promise with a large independent Real Estate company in Windsor. I met many wonderful people there, but my career stagnated after about a year, due to lack of training.
