Join Our Team 1) YOUTH AND EXPERIENCE: I am one of the youngest Broker of Record/Owners in Windsor and Essex County, with almost 11 years experience in this market as a Top-Producer, both with a large independent office, and for the past 3 years with the Coldwell Banker brand name. I know what it takes to sell Real Estate, and I share that knowledge and drive with my Team. My relative youth compared to most Brokers and Managers means I'm going to be here for a long time, long after most of my competitors have retired or otherwise moved on.

4) COMMISSION PLANS: With a menu of Commission Plans available, depending on the strengths and needs of each individual, there's a plan for everyone, eliminating the worry that comes with feeling you're not getting what you deserve. Our Realtors have done their research and know that our Plans beat out the competition time and time again, but that the quality of the product they get as Coldwell Banker Sales Associates adds value to their choice to be here over simple money issues. Of course, we offer home plans as well as office plans, no cubicles, everyone with a desk has a locking door and locking desk.

7) EXCELLENT FACILITIES: We doubled our main office location in November 2005 to over 5,000 square feet, allowing for 25 Realtor desks, a 4-station duty room, a 240 square foot Training Room/Boardroom, and so much more. We also have the ONLY Real Estate office in LaSalle, at Malden Square Plaza, and both offices are keyed alike so all of our Realtors have 24 hour access to the best facilities at both locations. Naturally, every desk and all four duty stations, as well as our kitchen and Boardroom, have high-speed internet.
